Dr. Earle is Board Certified in Psychiatry as well as Child Psychiatry. He has been in practice for more than 20 years, including practices in both Billing, MT and in South Carolina. He is a graduate of the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine (1981) and completed his psychiatric residency at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine (1982) and the University of Alabama – Birmingham (1983-85) and his child psychiatry fellowship at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine (1985-87).
He is the Vice Chairman of Quality for the Deptartment of Psychiatry & Behavioral Medicine. He serves as the Program Director for the recently approved GHS/University of South Carolina Psychiatry Residency Program and is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry for both University of South Carolina School of Medicine Columbia and Greenville.
Dr. Earle has a diverse clinical practice experience including consultation to residential treatment programs for children and adolescents in Montana as well as South Carolina, consultation to the Indian Health Service, Billings Area office, over 6 years of experience as a psychiatrist at the Greenville VA Outpatient Clinic for the Dorn Veterans Admin Medical Center. His areas of interest include: Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD) throughout the lifespan, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), the interface between psychiatry and primary care medicine, disaster psychiatry and emergency psychiatry.
